Shopping in Sunway Pyramid

Sunway Pyramid is a popular shopping mall that has a distinct Egyptian architecture outlook, located in the township of Bandar Sunway of Petaling Jaya. Sunway Lagoon Theme Park is located just beside the mall. The mall is also one the biggest shopping malls in the Klang Valley. The mall houses more than 800 retail outlets which offer visitors and shoppers variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment experience such as fashion and accessories, shoes, jewellery, electronic products, leathers goods, gifts and souvenirs, and many more.

Anchor tenants include Jaya Jusco and California Fitness Centre. Other fashion and lifestyle retail outlets include but not limited to Mark & Spencer, Harvey Norman, Ace Hardware, Lorenzo, Lacoste, Gap and Raoul. The boulevard outside the mall entrance has some fine restaurants, cafés and pubs, some of which are al-fresco.

Other places of interests in Sunway Pyramid are the Ice Skating Rink, the largest indoor ice skating rink in Malaysia. This rink has been used to host many prestigious ice-skating competition and international tournaments; the 48-lane Bowling Alley and Snooker Centre are located at the first floor in the mall. This entertainment centre has been the venue of many international championships events; and the 10-screen Cineplex operated by Tanjong Golden Village Cinemas that screens the latest blockbuster movie in town.

Getting there / How to go to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall

Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall is about 45 minutes drive from the city center of Kuala Lumpur on the Federal Highway. One can also take the KTM Komuter train and stop at Subang Jaya Station. Then, take a taxi to Sunway Pyramid.

Alternatively, one can take the PUTRA Kelana Jaya LRT and stop at Kelana Jaya station. Then, take the Rapid KL bus T 623 that will take you to Sunway Pyramid.
